At home in yourself – at home in the world
The programme
Leave your daily routine behind. Come with us to the rolling hills of Tuscany. Living in a state of low level stress which many of us have in the last while, limits our ability to access our inner wisdom and to find what is truly nourishing and supports us to thrive.
We will explore what you need to feel at home in yourself and at home in the world. What is the right ‘garden’ to thrive in. What do we need to support our contribution to the collective?
Technological advances have brought great progress to many but sometimes it can mean that we spend more time staring at a computer or smart phone than we do gazing at the clouds, trees or stars. Or into the eyes of another sentient being. We are part of the living being that is the earth. Technology can draw us away from that awareness.
Zelda’s special part: We will pay attention to what our body has to tell us, those little, or bigger, aches and pains, that chronic symptom. Where does delight live in us? We will explore what the landscapes of our dreams reveal. Slow down and tune in to the wisdom of that for which we often have no time in daily life.
Faye’s special part: Faye will discuss the Moon and Ceres archetypes. What do we need to feel nourished? Where can we thrive and grow? It is the perfect time and place to look at what your horoscope has to say. So we need your data. The sky is full of nurturing, earthy, Taurus planets this May and Tuscany provides a true sanctuary with peace, tranquillity and pure food.
The program includes a private session with Faye and with Zelda, to go deeper into themes that came up during the week.
We would love you to join us.
